Hello, my name is Brooke.

I began blogging to share travel stories with friends and family.

But, the more I started writing, the more I discovered it was a way for me to process diverse experiences. Writing was causing me to closely examine the world, taking note of the beauty in the people and experiences all around me.

I built a blog and started writing regularly. From mundane summers to extravagant adventures and public health projects in Sub-Saharan Africa, writing became a way to unveil the beauty and grace right in front of me. 

Wild Like Wind embraces creativity and adventure in this wild life.
